Your well-being and that of our therapists is our primary priority. We ask that you please refrain from using tobacco, recreational drugs, or alcohol at least 4 hours before your appointment. Some prescription or over-the-counter medications can contraindicate massage. In addition:

• Please inform us of relevant medical conditions, recent injuries, or areas of concern prior to beginning your session.
• We may decline or modify services if we determine massage may not be appropriate or safe for your condition.
• We reserve the right to end a session early if health, behavioral, or safety concerns arise.
